Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item and send it to:

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
